**Job Title**: Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field SR, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers in designated territories. Your primary goal will be to generate new leads, build relationships, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to prospective customers in assigned territories.
- Present and demonstrate our products to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers/retailers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Identify and qualify leads, turning them into sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision makers.
- Negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver post-sales support and customer service.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and prospects in CRM systems.
- Report on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
