- **Responsibilities**:_
- **Customer Assistance**_: Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor as they enter the store.
Actively engage with customers to understand their car modification requirements and preferences.
Provide product recommendations and expert advice to customers based on their needs, budget, and vehicle specifications.
- **Product Knowledge**:_ Demonstrate a deep understanding of Car Cupid's product offerings, including car accessories, performance parts, and customization services.
Stay updated on new product releases, industry trends, and advancements in automotive technology to effectively address customer inquiries.
- **Order Processing**_: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Assist customers in making informed decisions by providing clear pricing, discounts, and payment options.
- **Upselling and Cross-selling**:_ Identify opportunities for upselling complementary products and additional services that align with the customer's purchase.
- **Customer Relationship Management**_**:_Build strong and lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with purchased products and services.
- **Inventory Management**:_Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of merchandise on the sales floor.
Coordinate with the inventory team to replenish products as needed.
- **Visual Merchandising**:_ Ensure the store displays are attractive, well-organized, and effectively showcase Car Cupid's products.
- **Sales Performance**:_ Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets set by the management.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance sales performance and contribute to the overall success of the store.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on delivering results.
- Automotive knowledge or interest is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
