Job Title - Sales Development Representative (SDR)Client Location - Kharadi, Pune 411014Shift Schedule: 5:30 PM–2:30 AM IST — Four days onsite for collaboration, and a Friday WFH Job Description:As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Unbound, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to create high-quality sales opportunities for our Global Account Directors.Responsibilities:Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate interest in our solutions.Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and qualify them based on our ideal customer profile (ICP) for the US region.Lead Nurturing: Develop relationships with prospects through ongoing communication to move them through the sales funnel.Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos between qualified leads and Account Directors.CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to track and manage all prospecting activities and pipeline progression.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve overall conversion rates.Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline, activities, and results to executive team.Requirements:Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Inside Sales Representative, or similar role in a B2B environment. Preferably at a Software or IT company in India.Understanding of B2B sales cycles and processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.Experience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and proficiency in MS Office.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Masters highly preferred)Experience in the B2B marketing or software/IT industry.Familiarity with Demand Generation strategies.
