Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Sales Development Representative. The role involves engaging in inside sales activities, generating high-quality leads, building strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand business. Collaborating closely with the sales team, the individual will support the development and execution of effective strategies to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include actively following up on prospects, maintaining an up-to-date CRM, and representing COVORO's solutions to prospective customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to build and nurture prospective customer relationships.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to identify and close new opportunities.
- Result-driven mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
