**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, deployment, configuration, tuning, and support of Oracle WebLogic Server (11g, 12c, 14c) environments across development, testing, and production.
- Manage WebLogic domain architecture, including admin servers, managed servers, node managers, and cluster configurations.
- Drive JVM tuning, memory leak analysis, thread dump analysis, and performance tuning of WebLogic instances.
- Manage WebLogic patching, version upgrades, and JDK migrations with zero/mínimal downtime.
- Integrate WebLogic with Oracle HTTP Server (OHS), Apache, load balancers, and SSL certificates.
- Lead incident resolution and root cause analysis for critical issues affecting middleware availability and performance.
