**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer Wintel Server platforms and manage server virtualization, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of both physical and virtual Windows servers.
- Perform server builds, configurations, root cause analysis, and problem management in alignment with **ITIL standards** (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
- Install, configure, and maintain **Windows Server Operating Systems** (2016, 2019, 2022).
- Manage core infrastructure services such as **Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy**.
- Monitor server performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Handle **user account management** and **access rights** within Windows Server environments.
- Design and implement **complex infrastructure projects** aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure **system security** through access control, backups, and system configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve **hardware, software, and network-related issues** promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive **documentation** of systems, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Participate in **disaster recovery planning, testing, and implementation**.
- Provide **backend support** to implementation and deployment teams.
- Demonstrate strong **leadership and teamwork** capabilities to drive results.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Bring 6-7 years of experience in managing **dynamic and complex Wintel environments**.
- Manage **capacity, performance, and availability monitoring** to ensure optimal operations.
- Work with **virtualization technologies** such as **Hyper-V** and **VMware**.
- Possess working knowledge of **SAN and NAS storage systems**.
- Have hands-on experience with **backup solutions and antivirus administration**.
