**Job Opening: Customer Support Executive at Torero Softwares Ltd (Medica Software)**
**Location**: Lower Parel East, Mumbai
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Role Overview**
Join Torero Softwares Ltd as a Customer Support Executive and assist clients in resolving queries related to software, accounting, and GST while providing training sessions for our Medica software.
**Key Responsibilities and Skills**
- **Client Support**: Assist clients with queries related to software, accounting, and GST by delivering high-quality solutions.
- **Software Training**:Lead training sessions to help clients make the most of the software.
- **Collaboration & Learning**: Work closely with a skilled technical team and stay updated with new software features—there's always something new to learn
**Skills**:Strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic knowledge of accounting and GST, familiarity with remote tools like Anydesk or TeamViewer is a plus.
**Education**
- Commerce graduate preferred with experience upto 3 years and freshers with knowledge of accounting and GST are welcome
- 12th Pass with experience in Customer Support (preferably in Accounting Software / IT Products) can also apply.
**Working Hours**:Monday to Saturday - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
