**Academic Counsellor**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Complete daily outbound call quota & talk time through allocated leads.
- Guide students/parents for CLAT/ CUET/ LST Admission Consulting to enroll them in the relevant coaching/preparation programs by CL
- Create sales pipeline & convert leads to meet and exceed targets
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to enrolled students/customers
- Ensure post-sales servicing as per the set standards
- Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities.
- Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction in issue resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of prior work-ex in the education industry in online sales. Experience of online sales in GMAT, GRE, or SAT is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to continuously learn about colleges/universities abroad.
- On-site work (A-45, First Floor, Main, Mathura Rd, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, New Delhi, Delhi 110044 Nearest Metro Station is Mohan Estate Gate no. 1)
