**JOB TITLE : EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT [FEMALE ONLY]**
**LOCATION : SALT LAKE**
**TRAVEL - NEED TO TRAVEL IN-CITY**
Key Responsibilities:
**Executive Assistant Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar Management**: Efficiently manage and coordinate the executive team's schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- **Communication Handling**: Handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring prompt responses.
- **Documentation and Filing**: Maintain organized and up-to-date files, documents, and records for the executive team.
- **Meeting Preparation**: Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings; attend meetings and take accurate minutes when necessary.
- **Task Prioritization**: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- **Office Management**: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and general administrative tasks as needed.
**Client Relationship Manager Responsibilities**:
- **Client Onboarding**: Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive initial experience.
- **Client Communication**: Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide updates on services or products.
- **Issue Resolution**: Proactively identify and resolve client issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- **Account Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contracts, agreements, and contact information.
- **Client Meetings**: Organize and participate in client meetings to discuss ongoing projects, gather feedback, and strengthen the client relationship.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Client Feedback**: Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to products or services.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a Client Relationship Management role.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Client-Focused**: A client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- **Confidentiality**: High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,646.74 - ₹20,000.00 per month
