We organize international scientific conferences, training, and meetings for R&D scientists and also provide regulatory, scientific, marketing, virtual assistant, and instrument consultancy to pharma, biotechnology, and biosciences fraternities.

This is a mixed-profile job requiring reaching out to scientists from industry and academics for sales and business development activities and managing social media handles and advertisements on digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and achieve growth targets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and other relevant departments, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies.

Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and emerging platforms to effectively reach target audiences and maximize ROI.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives using key metrics and analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results and drive continuous improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, leveraging this knowledge to innovate and stay ahead of the competition.

Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support marketing objectives and initiatives.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹28,362.80 per month
