**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Computer Operator / Billing Coordinator** for our **Chandigarh store** to handle billing, invoicing, and store records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate invoices, process payments, and manage billing records.
- Maintain and update inventory and sales data in the system.
- Handle daily store transactions and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist with order processing and coordination for timely dispatch.
- Use the **GEM Portal** for government procurement transactions (training will be provided if required).
- Respond to customer inquiries related to billing and payments.
- Collaborate with the sales and accounts team for smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of **computer operations, MS Office, and billing software**.
- Experience in **billing, invoicing, or administrative roles** is preferred.
- **GEM Portal experience** is an advantage but not mandatory (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Minimum qualification**:12th Pass or Diploma, Business, or a related field**.
