Role Overview

This role is perfect for someone energetic, organized, and excited to learn marketing hands-on. You will help with 
content tasks, field marketing, cold outreach, coordination, events, and basic sales activities
.

What You'll Bring

  • Assist in creating basic marketing content (social media posts, simple designs using Canva, captions, etc.)
  • Support in posting or coordinating content across platforms
  • Help prepare material for events; banners, posters, digital creatives, printouts
  • Help set up and manage 
    stalls, booths, and outreach desks
     at colleges, events, and communities
  • Cold calling, cold WhatsApp outreach, cold emailing
     to generate leads
  • Follow up with interested learners
  • Assist in basic sales support under guidance from the marketing/ sales team
  • Reach out to colleges, communities, societies for partnerships
  • Coordinate and assist in organizing seminars, expert sessions, college events, workshops
  • Help with venue arrangements, permissions, schedules, and on-ground execution
  • Maintain records of leads, contacts, and conversations
  • Initiate contact with student clubs, college authorities, training cells, and local communities

Must Have Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Energetic, proactive, and comfortable talking to people
  • Basic understanding of social media + Canva (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Comfortable travelling for on-ground events (within city)
  • Good organisational skills and willingness to take ownership
  • Eagerness to learn marketing, sales, and event management
  • Freshers are welcome; prior internships are a bonus
