**Executive Sous Chef** | (High-end multi-cuisine restaurant chain)

**CTC range**: 25 - 30 Lacs PA

**Location -** Delhi / NCR

As the head chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and leading our team of talented chefs in creating and executing innovative and delicious dishes that meet our high standards.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute menus that are creative, innovative, and meet our high standards of quality and presentation
Ensure that all dishes are prepared and served in a timely manner and meet our high standards of taste, presentation, and quality
Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable, skilled, and motivated to deliver exceptional results
Order and maintain inventory of all kitchen supplies and ingredients
Ensure that all kitchen equipment and tools are in good working order and maintained properly
Monitor and control food costs and maintain accurate records of all kitchen-related expenses
Ensure that all kitchen staff comply with health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a head chef or executive sous chef in a high-end restaurant / Luxury 5* Hotels.
Proven track record of creating innovative and delicious menus
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure well
Extensive knowledge of different cuisines and cooking techniques
