Clinic Patient Support Executive

**Shift**: Evening/US Shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate **Clinic/ Patient Support Specialist** to join our team. This is a telecommuting role where you will be the first point of contact for our US patients and clinical staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic from a remote setting. Your primary responsibility will be to manage patient communications and perform all administrative duties remotely, playing a crucial part in delivering high-quality healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Remote Communication & Patient Management**:

- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments while managing the clinic's master calendar.
- Update and maintain accurate patient records in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- **Administrative & Coordination Duties**:

- Handle a variety of clerical tasks, including data entry and preparing documents and reports, all performed remotely.
- Assist with billing inquiries and process payments, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.
- Act as a key liaison between patients, doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- **Operational Efficiency**:

- Proactively address and resolve issues related to scheduling, patient inquiries, or clinic operations.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with all relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Provide clear and concise instructions to patients regarding their appointments and care plans.

Qualifications:

- **Any graduate**- English Medium Only
- **Fresher to 1 year of experience in a US tele calling** / support functions.
- **Excellent English Communication Skills**:

- Written and Verbal.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without direct supervision.
- Experience of working with US consumer would be good to have.

Healthcare Background is a plus.
**TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
