We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Office Administrator to join our team. The Front Office Administrator will be the first point of contact for our company, playing a crucial role in creating a positive and lasting impression on our visitors and clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to effectively manage a variety of administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Reception and Visitor Management:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.

Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.

**Administrative Support**:
Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.

Manage inventory of office supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.

**Mail and Package Handling**:
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.

Manage outgoing mail and courier services.

**Qualifications**:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).

Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills.

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Customer service attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
