We are expanding our operations in India and seeking a dynamic Administrative Executive to join our growing team.
Job Overview
The Administrative Executive will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling documentation, internal coordination, communication, and scheduling activities.
This role demands a detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible individual with good communication and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities
Telecalling - Need to contact Clients daily for Drone training
Handle inquiries, calls, and follow-up communication professionally.
Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities across departments.
Maintain and update employee and client databases using Excel or Google Sheets.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and training sessions, and prepare meetings.
Coordinate between multiple divisions (DroneTV, India Drone Academy, VirelBiz, etc.).
Assist management in HR and event coordination tasks.
Prepare and maintain digital and physical records of reports, invoices, and project files.
Support in preparing reports, internal memos, and daily/weekly progress summaries.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good command over MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Basic understanding of office coordination, documentation, and scheduling.
Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Forms)
Languages Preffered:
- English,Hindi,telugu

Timings: 09:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday-Saturday)
