Role:
An **SEO Associate** is responsible for improving Elan Loan website's search engine rankings and driving organic traffic through various optimization strategies. The role typically involves keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, content optimization, and technical SEO.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies for the Elan Loans website, focusing on allocated keywords.
- Conduct continuous keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization to enhance website visibility.
- Recommend and implement improvements in website architecture, content structure, internal linking, and other SEO factors to enhance rankings for target keywords.
- Monitor, track, and analyse website performance metrics and analytics to assess SEO effectiveness.
- Develop and execute backlink-building strategies in alignment with the latest Google guidelines to improve domain authority.
- Implement guest blogging strategies to enhance organic reach and credibility.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to create SEO-friendly blogs, articles, and infographics that drive organic traffic.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly integrated into website updates and new developments.
- Focus on increasing organic traffic and organic lead generation through well-structured SEO efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain and improve search rankings.

Key Skills
- Proven SEO track record.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Webmaster, SEMRush, SERanking & Keyword Planner required
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Min 1-2 years of experience in SEO.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications or Business related field.
- Basic Knowledge of Excel Sheet.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and writing abilities.
- Ability to work with data and identify trends
