**Position: Digital Marketing Associate / Executive**

**Experience Level: 1 -2 year**

**Location: Pune: Onsite**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Accountable for content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement,

leads, that deliver sales.

2. Collaborates across functions to deliver an effective content marketing and

editorial plan to meet the business objectives.

3. Strong experience in executing Google Adwords, Facebook, Linkedin, and

twitter; organic / paid campaigns. This person must understand the basic best

practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches

work on each and why. Provide creative ideas for content marketing.

4. Design and execute technical SEO analysis, identifying and executing SEO

strategies that deliver organic traffic, leads and conversions.

5. Proficiency with WordPress, SEO tools, including Google Search Console,

and HTML..e.g. SEMrush, Google tag manager, Analytics GA4, visual

content creating tools: canva, animoto, mailchimp, hubspot, zoho,..

6. Developing, track and monitor SEO targets, including KPIs, in alignment with

business strategy

7. Staying ahead of industry changes and act as our in-house expert on new

approaches to SEO, SEM, SMO and other digital marketing activities.

8. Working with internal stakeholders across marketing and engineering teams.

9. Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to

demand.

10. Highly motivated, creative, and possess solid knowledge of online marketing

content competencies.

11. Be able to produce original ideas.

12. Should know various online

13. Measuring key performance indicators. Prepare accurate reports on company’

web marketing campaigns overall performance.

**Experience**:
1. Exceptional written and spoken English with a creative flair

2. Experience in writing well researched, engaging content

3. 1 - 2 years of experience in Digital marketing, ideally in a start-up and/or IT

company

an analytical mind-set and a very good understanding of business-savvy

marketing KPIs

4. Hands-on, goal-driven, with a positive attitude

5. Bachelor's degree or equivalent

6. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
