**Be a crucial member of the ops team supporting Fresh Prints' vendors in the US (Optional WFH)**:
Fresh Prints is a New York-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools.

We're looking for a dynamic, driven, organized, and experienced professional who wants to tackle major challenges. We work with over 25+ printers across the United States. You'll help them service our orders and manage the quality of their work. You need to be able to engage them and build a strong rapport. You'll dig into their business requirements and ours to make sure we hit them. When they have an issue with an order, you're the first point of contact and you'll work with other FP teams to get to a solution.

**Responsibilities**
- Thorough research and understanding of each print technique in order to cross-sell and up-sell different offerings to clients based on their requirements
- Answering print-related and logístical questions from all the teams, giving real-time feedback to other teams, and contributing to improving employee performance
- Research new and unfamiliar print techniques and work in onboarding printers with those capabilities
- Acquiring suitable printers tailored to produce niche and trendy products and establishing sustainable supply chains to support the operations of the product
- Communicating with Vendors/Campus Managers/Sales Team to resolve issues
- The unknown - we're always looking to find new ways to improve and we also want you to take ownership of projects you think can add value

**Essential Requirements**
- 2+ years of experience with Operations, Customer Service, or Vendor Support
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Ability to maintain relationships with vendors and experience in working with US-based vendors/clients
- Clear communication
- Ability to work under pressure
- Multi-task and balance multiple priorities
- Fantastic problem-solving skills

**Job Location**
- We will have an office in Hyderabad eventually but working from the office in Hyderabad is completely optional

**Working Hours**
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (US Timings)
