**Site Supervision Execution**:

- Oversee daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per project requirements.
- Monitor progress and ensure tasks are completed on time with proper quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and laborers to maintain workflow.
- Resolve any on-site issues and report them to the management.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure all workers follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Conduct safety checks and report any potential hazards.
- Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Act as a bridge between laborers, site engineers, and project managers.
- Communicate work schedules, instructions, and updates to the team.
- Maintain clear records of work progress and report daily activities.

**Quality Control Inspection**:

- Inspect materials and work to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure work complies with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications Skills**:
**Education**: Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
**Experience**: 3+ years of experience in site supervision, preferably in **WTP, STP, Water Supply Drainage** projects.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management.
- Good understanding of construction/site work.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to read drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
