**Basic Job Functions**:

- Manage and monitor onsite 24/7 catering, transportation, janitorial, and kitchen maintenance service provider’s performances in order to ensure there is no service interruption, and affect to site operations.
- Weekly and monthly review services supplier performance KPIs and call out improvement action plan prior to payment approval.
- Be responsible to work with DNM First Solar EHS officer & others to drive contractor safety programs and ensure around 150 contract associates comply with local regulatory requirements and First Solar EHS policies.
- Manage and improve employee services based on customer feedback
- Deploy the customer survey and call out improvement actions in semi - annual basic.
- Order and maintain materials and supplies
- Plan, control and verify the spending vs AOP.
- Coordinate and work with procurement officer to yearly conduct the KPI review, service scope for all service suppliers, which will be a referent data points for service contract renewals.
- Janitorial
- Manage Janitorial Service Provider teams including two onsite Janitorial Managers and 70 janitors to 24/7 provide cleaning, sanitized services for office and production floor areas are met our Operations expectations.
- Conduct weekly cleaning audit and inspection at production floors, ensure contract janitors perform job in right safety and service manners.
- Monthly meeting with supplier management team to provide feedback and performance evaluation results to all service providers.
- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in janitorial services.
- Assign janitorial works to service suppliers if any work requirements.
- Inspects work performed to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards.
- Set clear KPI and right expectations to suppliers in order to daily and weekly review their performance and request for improvement if any.
- Issues janitorial supplies and equipment to workers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
- Plan AOP and manage actual spending based on service contract.
- Work with buyers to conduct bidding and service contract renewal after 2 - 3 years.
- Organize and coordinate safety training, safety inspection for power hand tools and others based on FS - EHS program. Ensure zero safety incident related to janitorial works.
- Landscaping
- Landscape supervisors are responsible to maintain all green areas within DNM premises are in good condition and compliance with local regulation requirement.
- Direct and manage onsite landscaping service provider team to schedule the use of resources such as labor, equipment, and materials to ensure daily landscape maintenance work that keeps our green spaces attractive, neat and safe.
- Weekly or daily line walk around the site to inspect the quality of landscape condition and request service supplier to improve if any.
- Professionals consult with the service provider to re-design, select plants and materials, based on site requirements
- Work with Facilities team and service provider to energy usage such as water, electricity (cost) for watering in hot season, properly schedule and optimize the watering schedule.
- Supervise the works, safety and worker performance of landscaping supplier ensure they all follow FS safety and security requirements.
- Conduct monthly KPI assessment and buyoff prior to payment approval
- Pest control management.
- Work with pest - control service provider to evaluate site and provide technical proposal to set up pest control program for DNM site (45 hectare) in order to ensure a safe working environment for associate.
- Prepare specifications for pest control work to be performed by private contractors; evaluate the work and report discrepancies to superiors
- Oversee onsite service supplier KPI and their pest control reports, make adjustment in control plan if needed based on site requirement.
- Review interlex report/feedback from DNM associate about snake control program, determine the presence of pests (vertebrate and invertebrate) and carry out the sequence of treatment necessary; exterminate pests such as ants, roaches, spiders, beetles, fleas, fungus and termites; trap animals such as rats, mice and gophers; remove live and dead animals such as cats, dogs and skunks from attics, walls.
- Work with Facilities team to Make minor building repairs and request major repairs be made to prevent or control infestation by pests
- Test and evaluate new chemicals, methods and equipment and recommend those best.
- Work with EHS, Facilities teams to review the snake control program and call out the control plan improvement if any.
- Mobilize the service labor to conduct addition works if any requirement
