**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:
Je bent op onze buitenlandse werven verantwoordelijk voor uitvoering van de taken binnen uw team.
-Je werkt als meewerkend voorman & biedt praktische ondersteuning bij montage, lassen en conservering.
-Je stuurt werfarbeiders aan en bewaakt concrete gedrags
- en veiligheidsregels.
-Je houdt de Site Manager op de hoogte van projectvoortgang.
-Je coördineert taken conform planning en kwaliteitseisen en stimuleert productiviteit.
-Je voert de taken uit volgens kwaliteits
- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
-Je spoort probleemgebieden en risico’s op en licht site manager hiervan in.
-Je gaat flexibel te werk en kan ingezet worden op andere werven.
-Je hebt ‘eerste lijn’-beslissingsbevoegdheid voor veiligheid en kwaliteit bij afwezigheid Site Manager.
-Je voorziet dagelijkse coördinatie en overleg met de Site Manager voor optimale projectvoortgang.
-Je ziet toe op voortgang werken op gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid, orde en netheid.

**Jouw profiel**:
Je beschikt over een diploma technisch secundair onderwijs in een technisch vakgebied.
-Je beschikt over leidinggevende expertise op montage
- of bouwprojecten.
-Je hebt het vermogen om wekpleininspecties uit te voeren en veiligheidsbriefings te verzorgen.
-Je hecht veel belang aan veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu & bent vaardig in de opvolging hiervan.
-Volgende attesten zijn meerwaarde: VCA-VOL, EHBO, Stellinginspecteur, Hoogtewerker, Verreiker
-Je hebt people skills, kan probleemoplossend communiceren en houdt van werken in teamverband.
-Je hebt kennis van Office 365 en ervaring met planning
- en meetsystemen.
-Je bent toegewijd aan kwaliteit, orde, netheid, veiligheid en productiviteit.
