Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities We are hiring for compensation & Benefit expert for a MNC company Permanent opportunity
Job location - Bangalore (WFH till office open)

Responsible for execution of companywide Base Pay, Incentives, rewards processes and compensation strategies
Understand Lumen business and/or talent context & collaborate with talent acquisition, HRBPs and business leaders to ensure current plans and programs are being continually evaluated for effectiveness
Partner with external vendors to gather relevant market intelligence and evaluate company’s overall competitive positioning & accordingly make recommendations impacting our compensation philosophy & ranges
Accountable of all compensation processes in the organization that includes aspects like annual merit increase reviews, internal promotions, retention bonuses, rewards and recognition, market adjustments, global transfer assignments, managing stock plan design & allocations etc
Partner & work closely with the regional/global Total Rewards teams to align (as appropriate) the strategic directions while partnering with cross-functional HR teams to develop training content in order to address new or changed processes
