Key Responsibilities:

- **Project Management**:Overseeing the day-to-day activities of interior construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety protocols.
- **Team Leadership**:Providing guidance and direction to the site team, managing and coordinating workers and subcontractors, and ensuring they have the necessary resources and support.
- **Client Communication**:Liaising with clients to understand their requirements, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their expectations are met.
- **Site Safety**:Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and building codes, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
- **Quality Control**:Monitoring the quality of workmanship, ensuring it meets the required standards, and addressing any issues promptly.
- **Project Reporting**:Preparing interim and final reports, tracking project progress, and providing updates to stakeholders.
- **Coordination**:Coordinating with designers, architects, and other relevant professionals to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and executed effectively.
- **Problem Solving**:Identifying and addressing potential issues and challenges that arise during the project, implementing solutions promptly.
- **Site Cleanup and Inspections**:Overseeing site cleanup and final inspections, ensuring the project site is left clean and tidy, and that all aspects of the project meet the required standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hiranandani Estate, Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Interior design: 3 years (preferred)
