**Reports To**:Project Manager

**Job Summary**:The Interior Works Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of interior construction and renovation projects. This includes ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The supervisor will coordinate with various trades, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and manage site personnel effectively.Key Responsibilities:Project Management:Supervise and coordinate all interior construction activities.Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.Track project progress and prepare regular reports for the Project Manager.Team Coordination:Oversee the work of subcontractors and trades such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other relevant workers.Conduct regular meetings with site personnel to discuss project status, resolve issues, and provide updates.Quality Control:Ensure that all work is performed according to design specifications and quality standards.Conduct regular inspections and identify any deficiencies or defects.Implement corrective actions to address quality issues.Safety Compliance:Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks.Address any safety concerns promptly and effectively.Resource Management:Manage the allocation and utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.Client Interaction:Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding project updates and queries.Address any client concerns and ensure client satisfaction.Qualifications:Education:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supervising interior construction projects.Proven track record of successfully completing interior works within deadlines and budget.Skills:Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Proficient in project management software and tools.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Physical Requirements:Ability to work on-site in various conditions.Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment as needed.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.Work Environment:The position requires working primarily on construction sites.Regular exposure to noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
