The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the interior construction and finishing activities on-site. This role ensures that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. The Interior Site Supervisor acts as the primary point of contact between the project management team, subcontractors, and on-site workers, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with safety regulations.
- **Project Supervision**:

- Oversee daily operations on the construction site, focusing on interior finishing tasks.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the project specifications.
- Address any issues or deficiencies promptly to maintain project integrity.
- **Scheduling and Planning**:

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
- Coordinate with project management to ensure that materials and resources are delivered on time.
- Adjust schedules and work plans as needed to accommodate changes or delays.
- **Safety Management**:

- Implement and enforce site safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for all on-site activities.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and any issues encountered.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work completed, materials used, and any issues or delays.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the project management team.
- Ensure all documentation is up to date and easily accessible.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the interior construction industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of interior construction processes, materials, and finishes.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- **Certifications**: Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA) are a plus.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to work in a construction environment, including standing for long periods, lifting heavy materials, and exposure to varying weather conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
