The Interior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of interior design projects at our construction sites. They will coordinate with subcontractors and the interior designers to ensure that work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: Supervise and manage all activities on the construction site, including coordinating with subcontractors, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that workmanship and materials meet the quality standards set by the interior design firm. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues or defects promptly.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor the progress of construction activities and ensure that work is proceeding according to the project schedule. Report any delays or obstacles to the Principal designers and propose solutions to mitigate them.
  • Coordination: Liaise with interior designers and contractors to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities on the construction site.
  • Material Management: Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials to the construction site, ensuring that the necessary materials are available when needed and that excess materials are properly stored or disposed of.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on the construction site, including conducting regular safety inspections, providing safety training to workers, and implementing safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of construction activities, including daily progress reports, inspection reports, and change orders.
  • Client Relations: Interact with clients as needed to provide updates on the progress of the project, address any concerns or issues they may have, and ensure their satisfaction with the final result.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience ( min 2 years ) as a site supervisor or similar role in interior design industry.
  • Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices.
  • Proficiency in computer software for project management and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
