**Role Overview**

As an **Academic Counselor**, you’ll be the first point of contact for students aspiring to study MBBS or pursue aviation programs abroad. You’ll provide guidance, resolve queries, and assist them through the end-to-end admission process. This role requires strong communication, empathy, and a passion for helping students shape their international careers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Counsel students and parents on programs offered (MBBS Abroad, CPL Pilot Training, etc.)
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable universities or countries.
- Explain eligibility criteria, admission processes, documentation, and visa procedures.
- Maintain follow-ups and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Participate in webinars, seminars, and student events to promote admissions.
- Keep updated on study abroad trends, fee structures, scholarships, and intakes.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree (any stream).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi).
- Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong multitasking and follow-up skills.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in academic counseling, sales, or customer service preferred.
