Travel Backend Process Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Booking Management:

- Handle flight, hotel, and travel itinerary bookings through internal systems.
- Amend and update bookings as per customer or client requests.2. Data Entry & Processing:

- Accurately input and process travel data into the company’s systems.
- Ensure all records are up-to-date and comply with company policies.

3. Documentation:

- Prepare and manage invoices, travel documents, and itineraries.
- Verify documents and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

4. Coordination:

- Work closely with travel agents, airlines, and hotel vendors to resolve backend issues.
- Ensure proper communication between customers and vendors.

5. Quality Assurance:

- Maintain accuracy in all backend processes.
- Perform quality checks on bookings and other tasks to ensure a high standard of service.

6. Customer Support (Non-Voice):

- Provide resolution to escalated backend issues efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
