**Job Title**: Backend Operations Executive - International U.K. Process
**Location**: Mohali

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Shift**: UK Shift (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST)
**Experience**: 1-3 years (Freshers with excellent communication and analytical skills can also apply)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry, document verification, and backend processing with high accuracy.
- Handle confidential client information while ensuring data security and compliance with GDPR.
- Monitor and update internal systems and databases as per the defined SOPs.
- Coordinate with the front-end/customer-facing teams for query resolution.
- Prepare and maintain reports and records related to daily operations.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client requirements.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good written and comprehension skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of data protection and compliance norms (e.g., GDPR).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred).
- Prior experience in backend operations or international non-voice processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools is an advantage.
