**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry and validation in internal systems.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Follow up for missing documents or information, if required.
- Assist in generating reports related to loan processing status.
- Support audit requirements by providing necessary documentation.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Finance background preferred).
- 0-3 years of experience in backend operations or loan processing.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data and documents.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in home loan processing or mortgage backend operations.
- Knowledge of banking or NBFC processes and regulations.
