**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Verify and cross-check customer documents (KYC, income proofs, property papers, etc.)
- Coordinate with sales, credit, and operations teams for loan file movement
- Ensure all backend processes comply with company policies and regulatory norms
- Assist in generating MIS reports and maintaining daily logs
- Provide backend support for customer queries when required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
- Good understanding of financial documents and loan processes (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
