Talent Acquisition Intern
Function & Operational Area: Corporate

Job Location: Remote
Working Hours: Flexible
30 Hours/Week
**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
I) Screening & Talent Success:
- Conduct one-on-one mock phone interviews and provide detailed feedback to increase interview performance
- Conduct preliminary resume reviews and provide annotated feedback
**II) Interview And Hiring Support**
- Network with potential Organizations through professional groups to onboard more recruiters
- Facilitate Phone/Video interviews with team leads
**III) ATS Administration**
- Maintain Sapientury’s Applicant Tracking System
- Create and publish jobs in various job portals
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
**Requirements**:
Required Qualifications:
- Background: Bachelor in Commerce, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field
- Proven experience in a Recruitment or similar role
- Hands-on experience with job portals
- Strong interpersonal skills & ability to manage task and deadlines.
- Good written and verbal English communications skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ZOHO etc)
- Experience working with EdTech companies Experience working with startups in the Indian ecosystem
**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
