**Job Summary**:As an Admission Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing academic counselling, and offering ongoing support to ensure student success. Your responsibilities will encompass handling inbound and outbound calls, meeting admission targets, performing front office duties, delivering academic counselling sessions, and providing after-sales support to students.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming inquiries from prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders regarding academic programs, admission requirements, and related queries.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with prospective students, providing them with necessary information and assistance throughout the admissions process.
- Implement strategies to attract and enroll a diverse range of students, ensuring the achievement of enrollment goals.
- Greet visitors, answer general inquiries, and provide assistance to individuals visiting the academic institute.
- Conduct one-on-one academic counselling sessions with prospective and current students to assess their educational goals, interests, and needs.
- Provide information about academic programs, curriculum requirements, career opportunities, and other relevant topics to help students make informed decisions.
- Offer ongoing support and guidance to students, post-admission, addressing any concerns or challenges they may encounter during their academic journey.
- Collaborate with academic advisors, faculty members, and other support services to ensure students receive comprehensive assistance and resources.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in admissions counseling, customer service, or sales roles within the education sector is desirable**.**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of academic programs, admissions processes, and educational resources.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help students achieve their academic and career goals.

**Application process**:
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
