**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for a **Sales Manager** who can take Staart Buildtech’s software-led PMC platform to market, drive enterprise adoption, and build long-term client relationships with developers, PMCs, and design firms.

This role blends **consultative sales, solution-building, and B2B SaaS pitching** — ideal for someone who understands both the construction and technology ecosystem.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead end-to-end **sales cycle** from lead generation, demo, and proposal to closure and onboarding.

Build and nurture relationships with **real estate developers, PMCs, contractors, and corporate clients.**

Identify new business opportunities in **fitouts, interior, and EPC verticals.**

Deliver strong **product demos** and articulate Staart’s value proposition in clear business terms (ROI, transparency, and speed).

Collaborate with product and operations teams to customize solutions for client workflows.

Achieve **monthly and quarterly sales targets** and manage sales pipeline in CRM.

Gather market insights, competitor data, and feedback to shape Staart’s growth strategy.

5-10 years of **B2B software or SaaS sales** experience.

Experience in **construction tech, ERP, project management, or allied industries** preferred.

Strong understanding of **sales funnels, enterprise buying cycles, and relationship management.**

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a startup-like growth environment.
