**Key responsibilities of the job**
- Configuring the Cisco BOQ on CCW-R.
- Sharing the quotes with partners/ customer's & internal team.
- Helping BDM's to freeze the deal with the partner by making them understand about the service level and other technical things involved if certain service levels are bought.
- To check the order and the quote provided and revert to partner immediately if any errors/ Amendments required.
- To follow up with Cisco AM & Getting the prices & helping in getting deal discounts.
- Handling contract related queries.
- Providing knowledge to partners for raising TAC/RMA.
- Sharing the Config to Cisco AM's (for deal id's to be created).
- Working on In time renewals with BDMs, Cisco AMs and partners.
- Cisco product related query calls with partners/ customers.
- Following up with internal team for getting the orders loaded & billed in the timeframe fixed.
- Follow ups on the orders which aren't processed.
