We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our export sales team in expanding our global market reach. As a Sales Coordinator - Export, you will play a critical role in coordinating international sales activities, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and international clients. This position requires strong administrative skills, knowledge of export procedures, and a customer-centric approach to sales support.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Assist the export sales team in managing sales inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing export orders
- Coordinate with international customers to understand their requirements, provide product information, and facilitate the sales process from inquiry to shipment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on order status and shipment schedules
- Maintain regular communication with customers to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment
- Liaise with sales representatives, product managers, and regional sales managers to coordinate sales activities and support international market development
