**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute **B2B marketing strategies** to promote aircraft filtration products to Airlines, OEMs, and MROs.
- Research and tap into new aviation markets and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct product presentations, technical walkthroughs, and client demos.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers across the aviation industry.
- Manage and grow a strong **sales funnel**, generating quality leads and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the technical and design teams for customized client solutions.
- Prepare compelling marketing material, brochures, and content for both print and digital use.
- Represent the company at **aviation expos, trade shows, and industry events**.
- Maintain detailed records in CRM and prepare weekly marketing performance reports.
- Analyze competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to shape campaigns.

**Required Skills**:

- **1-3 years of B2B marketing experience**, ideally in aviation, engineering, or filter-related products.
- Strong understanding of **aircraft parts, components, or aviation systems** is a plus.
- Excellent **communication, persuasion, and presentation** skills.
- Self-starter with a passion for sales, market research, and networking.
- Familiarity with **CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing platforms**.
- Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Marketing / Business / Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering**.
- MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in **English and Hindi** (written & spoken).
