**Sales Representative (Female)**

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and connect with potential customers, focusing on B2B sales in the food packaging sector.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present and promote our wide range of products, including paper rolls, PE-coated paper, and customized packaging solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Actively monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B, paper, or packaging industries (2+ years preferred).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, trade shows, and business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
