
Sales Representative

sales coordinator's role is to ensure a company's products or services are delivered to customers smoothly and efficiently. They perform a variety of tasks, including: Managing sales staff Assigning territories and quotas, scheduling training, and monitoring sales team performance Managing customer relations Answering client questions, providing after-sales support, and staying in touch with potential new clients Managing sales materials Maintaining supplies for sales presentations, including brochures and slides, and ensuring they are up to date Managing sales processes Creating and reviewing sales reports, preparing quotes, and processing orders Managing sales activities Planning sales drives, trade shows, and conferences, and helping to execute sales strategies Managing sales analytics Analyzing customer shopping data and sales figures to identify potential customers and optimize sales efforts Managing administrative tasks Setting up meetings, managing schedules, and maintaining CRM systems Working with other departments Collaborating with staff from other departments, such as marketing, research, design, and financing Training new sales staff Onboarding new sales team members and providing them with guidance and resources Ensuring compliance Ensuring that all sales efforts adhere to the company's policies, processes, and ethical standards Sales coordinators should have strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. They should also be able to work well in matrix environments and be committed to excellence.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
