**Job description**
**Learning Avenues & Outcomes**
- Making outbound calls and answering inbound calls, handling entrepreneurs & students' queries and ability to provide information verbally, clearly and effectively
- Providing information about the programs and persuading users to register for the same
- Creating reports basis the feedback of calls and taking appropriate action
**Basic skills required**
- Graduate with 0-2 years of work experience. Freshers can apply.
- High command in **Kannada and English **communication & people skills
- Good in Internet Search
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Word is required
- Positive attitude
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
