**Job Summary**: The Prayer Academy & Transformation Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs and workshops across India. This role involves equipping believers with biblical knowledge, enhancing their spiritual growth, and preparing them for various ministry roles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Program Development**:

- Design and develop comprehensive spiritual training programs and materials based on biblical principles.
- Customize training content to meet the specific needs of different audiences, including new believers, volunteers, and ministry leaders.
- Develop curriculum for the Prayer Academy and ensure it aligns with the ministry’s theological positions.
- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars in person and online across India.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to ensure effective learning, including lectures, group discussions, and practical exercises.
- Lead Bible study sessions and prayer meetings as part of the training.
- **Budgeting and Scheduling**:

- Prepare and manage budgets for training programs and workshops.
- Schedule training sessions, ensuring optimal timing and resource allocation.
- Coordinate logistics for training events, including venue arrangements and materials preparation.
- **Presentation and Communication**:

- Deliver engaging presentations and facilitate interactive training sessions.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
- **Networking and Community Engagement**:

- Build and maintain relationships with local churches, Christian organizations, and community groups.
- Promote the Prayer Academy and its programs to expand reach and impact.
- Engage with participants to provide ongoing support and mentorship.
- **Evaluation and Feedback**:

- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and evaluations.
- Make necessary adjustments to training materials and methods based on feedback and results.
- Provide regular reports on training activities, participant progress, and outcomes to the Training Coordinator.
- **System Proficiency**:

- Utilize technology and online platforms for training delivery and administration.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and feedback.
- Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and easily accessible.

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to design and deliver training programs and workshops.
- Proficiency in budgeting and scheduling.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong networking and community engagement abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and online platforms for training.
- Experience in spiritual training and mentorship.

**Qualifications**:

- Deep commitment to Christian faith and the mission of Jesus Calls.
- Strong knowledge of the Bible and Christian doctrine.
- Proven experience in teaching, training, or ministry roles, preferably within a church or Christian organization.
- Experience in spiritual counseling or pastoral care is an advantage.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Tamil, Telugu, Hindi).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
