**Job Title: E-commerce Executive**

**Job Summary**:
As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's online sales strategies. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the smooth functioning of our e-commerce platform, optimize user experience, and drive sales growth. This role requires a deep understanding of online marketing, consumer behavior, and e-commerce platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- **E-commerce Platform Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversion.
- Manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor website performance and address any technical issues promptly.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and average order value.
- Prepare regular reports to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve overall performance.
- **Customer Experience**:

- Ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Work closely with the inventory team to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate with suppliers to replenish inventory as needed.
- Implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and customer service.
- Communicate regularly with team members to ensure alignment and synergy across departments.
- Coordinate with external partners such as vendors, agencies, and payment processors.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with online advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
