**Executive E-Commerce**

**Job Overview**:
**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a **print-on-demand** or similar production environment is highly preferred.
- **Familiarity with inventory management**, order processing, and shipping logistics is a must.
- **Proficiency in Excel and Photoshop** to run automated scripts for design preparation and file management.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent **communication skills**, both written and verbal, to handle customer inquiries and coordinate with internal departments.
- A high level of **attention to detail** to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory control.
- Ability to problem-solve, especially when it comes to customer concerns, stock issues, or shipping delays.
- **Any Graduate** or higher qualification (added advantage if from Fashion Design).

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Saturday, 9 AM - 8:30 PM, with occasional flexibility required during peak periods.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rs Puram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 2 years (required)
