**Job Title: Content Writer and Moderator**

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Creation**: Produce high-quality written content for various platforms, including website articles, blog posts, social media posts, and marketing materials. Ensure all content is engaging, informative, and aligns with brand voice and messaging.

2. **Proof reading** Review the research papers, articles, SOPs of our researchers. Take appropriate action, including editing, removing, or escalating content as necessary.

3. **Community Engagement**: Engage with our online community through comments, responses, and interactions. Foster positive relationships with users while addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

4. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, research team to coordinate content initiatives and ensure consistency across channels.

**Requirements**:
1. **Exceptional Writing Skills**: Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and compelling content across various formats and platforms. Ability to adapt writing style to target different audiences and objectives.

2. **Moderation Experience**: Previous experience in content moderation or community management preferred. Familiarity with content moderation tools and best practices is a plus.

3. **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts effectively. Comfortable engaging with users and responding to inquiries and feedback.

4. **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for detail and accuracy, with the ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and potential violations of guidelines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. **master’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field preferred.
