**Job Title**:Content Moderator

**Location**: Nerul, Navi Mumbai

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Review and Moderate Content**: Analyse and evaluate user-generated or published content for compliance with company policies, community standards, and legal guidelines.
- **Flag and Escalate Issues**: Identify inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- **Maintain Platform Integrity**: Ensure content aligns with the company's values, tone, and quality benchmarks, protecting the brand reputation.
- **Provide Feedback**: Collaborate with content creators and contributors to improve content quality and adherence to standards.
- **Monitor Trends**: Stay informed about emerging trends and issues in content moderation and adapt strategies accordingly.
- **Maintain Logs and Reports**: Keep detailed records of reviewed content, flagged items, and actions taken for compliance and improvement analysis.
- **Support Content Strategy**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine content strategies based on user feedback and moderation insights.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Must have access to your own laptop.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess content for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with online community guidelines and industry-standard content policies.
- Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
- Organisational and multitasking skills to manage a high volume of content efficiently.
- Proficient in using content management tools and moderation software.
