**Trulux is Hiring: Sales Associate**

We are looking for an experienced **Sales Associate** with a strong background in **lighting and automation**. Join our dynamic team to deliver innovative solutions and drive business growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven 2 Years Of experience in sales (lighting/automation industry).
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
- Knowledge of smart technologies and energy-efficient solutions

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base.
- Identify potential clients in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and follow-ups.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and end-users.
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored lighting and automation solutions.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Product Expertise and Demonstration**:

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase solutions effectively.
- Educate clients on the benefits of energy-efficient and smart lighting systems.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with the design and technical teams to deliver projects that meet client specifications.
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and installation.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and project statuses.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales within the lighting and automation industry (minimum 2 years).
- Strong knowledge of lighting systems, smart automation technologies, and energy-efficient solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google sheets
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team.
