**About Us**:
Ankur Lighting is a leading lighting manufacturer, importer, retailer, and wholesaler with over 46 years of expertise in the industry. We are in a phase of hyper-growth and are looking for a dynamic **Project Sales Executive** to drive sales and expand our market presence.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and project managers.
- Generate leads and secure new business opportunities for lighting solutions in commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and timely delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging lighting technologies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in project sales, preferably in the lighting or electrical industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of lighting products, solutions, and project-based sales.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
