Monitor tasks like stock management and product returns
- Maintain product details and uploads
- Handle promotional activities
- Collaborate with eCommerce team for upselling and cross-selling opportunities to generate maximum sales
- Manage and merchandise across different portals and business platforms
- Determine and develop different merchandising strategies
- Collaborate with the logistic team to access inventory in order to ensure the orders are fulfilled
- Create category specific merchandising strategies
- Analyzing and maintaining the departmental KPI
- Partner with the digital marketing team to identify the word trends in order to increase the sells
- Develop and handle robust pipeline of consumer products
- Provide administrative support to the eCommerce team
- Review weekly selling reports
- Create actionable merchandising initiatives to improve overall performance
- Work closely with the analyst team
- Analyzes category performance to evaluate merchandising efforts, product sell through, and product opportunities

**Requirements**:

- 5yrs of experience in large format retail merchandising
- Must have revenue-generating mindset
- Should understand the broader retail trends
- Must have proven track record in the eCommerce sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to varying levels of leadership
- Should be proficient in Microsoft excel

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Kolkata - 700071, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
