Core Responsibilities:

- **Product Demonstration**:

- Lead presentations and demonstrations of HIMS software for potential clients, emphasizing its features, functionality, and advantages to ensure understanding and interest.
- **Implementation Assistance**:

- Support the implementation process of HIMS software at client hospitals and organizations, ensuring seamless integration.
- Collaborate with the team to promptly address and resolve any client issues or concerns.
- **GAP Analysis Participation**:

- Take part in conducting GAP analyses at client hospitals and organizations to identify areas of operational inefficiencies or potential improvements.
- **Process Renovation & NABH Standards Implementation**:

- Assist clients with revising and improving their internal processes, while ensuring the implementation and compliance of NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) protocols.
- **Training Facilitation**:

- Aid in the training of healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, staff) on the effective usage of HIMS software, as well as on the implementation and adherence to NABH protocols.
- **Client Profile Management**:

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of client profiles for hospital/organization empanelment and related documentation for corporate requirements.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding quickly and efficiently to client inquiries and issues, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- **Regular Reporting**:

- Provide daily updates to the Reporting Officer regarding progress, activities, and any client interactions, keeping the team informed and aligned.

Qualifications & Skills:

- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with HIMS software and NABH protocols is an advantage.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
- **Team Collaboration & Independence**: Capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- **Problem-Solving**: Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues with a customer-first approach.
- **Technical Competency**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- **Travel Requirement**: Willingness to travel to client locations as necessary.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
